A light hazelnut sponge triple layered log filled with a hazelnut praline buttercream and completely covered with roasted caramelised hazelnuts. An impressive looking cake. 


Hazelnuts (nuts), butter (cow’s milk), free-range eggs, sugar, gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, potato, maize, tapioca, buckwheat (raising agents: mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate) xanthan gum, gluten-free baking powder, sea salt, praline paste (emulsifier: <1% soya lecithin).      Allergen info: see ingredients in bold.
