Sour Cherry Chocolate Truffle Torte

This indulgent and sophisticated dark chocolate torte with a truffle like texture* is dense, rich and dusted with cocoa powder.  Great as a dessert plated with cream.  It contains Xylitol (a natural sweetener derived from birch trees). Whilst the torte has no cane sugar, there is a small amount in the alcohol (cherry brandy). * Leave in fridge for a firmer texture until ready to serve.
