A traditional British afternoon tea cake, double layered light sponge with a vanilla flavoured frosting. We sandwich ours with our home-made no sugar chia seed fruit berry compote.  Decorated with freeze-dried raspberries and castor sugar.

Free-range eggs, sugar, sunflower spread (contains sunflower & vegetable oils, salt, vitamins, natural flavour & natural colour), gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, potato, maize, tapioca, buckwheat), raising agents (gluten free baking powder, bicarbonate of soda), teff flour, sorghum flour, xanthan gum, vanilla extract. Mixed berry fruit compote (chia seeds, xylitol),   Decoration: freeze dried raspberries, sugar.
